Terms and Use

1. Scope. These Terms govern your use of the BSH Group website (bshgroup.sg) and any services offered through it. “BSH Group” refers to BSH Group of Companies. Use of the site implies acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
2. Services. BSH Group offers professional services (accounting, bookkeeping, tax filing, corporate secretarial, company incorporation, liquidation, and business advisory). All descriptions on this site are informational and non-binding. Actual services and fees are set out in separate engagement agreements or proposals.
3. User Obligations. You agree to use this site lawfully. You must provide accurate information in any forms you submit. You may not violate any laws, post malicious content, or attempt unauthorized access. You agree not to misuse any interactive features (contact forms, newsletter sign-up) or interfere with site operation.
4. Content and Intellectual Property. All content on this site (text, images, logos, designs) is the property of BSH Group or its licensors. It is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may view and print content only for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or republish any content without BSH Group’s prior written consent.
5. Disclaimers. The site content is provided “as is” for general information. BSH Group makes no representations or warranties about accuracy or completeness. Nothing on the site is professional advice (legal, tax, financial, or otherwise), and you should not act on it without professional consultation. Past case studies and testimonials do not guarantee future results.

7. Payment and Fees. Any fees for paid services will be agreed in advance (e.g. via proposal or invoice). Unless otherwise stated, payment is by bank transfer or other agreed method. All fees are in Singapore Dollars (SGD). Quoted fees do not include taxes, which will be added as required by law.
8. Refunds. BSH Group does not generally refund fees for services once work has commenced. Refunds (if any) will be at BSH Group’s sole discretion and subject to any separate refund policy or agreement.
9. Liability Limitation. To the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law, BSH Group and its officers, employees, or agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or our services. BSH Group’s total aggregate liability for any claim (from use of the site or services) is limited to the amount you paid for those specific services. This limitation applies even if BSH Group has been advised of potential damages.
10. Indemnity. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless BSH Group and its affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the site.
11. Termination. BSH Group may suspend or terminate access to the site or services at any time, without notice, for violation of these Terms or inappropriate conduct. On termination, all provisions that by their nature survive (e.g. disclaimers, IP, indemnity, limitation) remain in effect.
12. Modifications. BSH Group reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this site with a new effective date. Your continued use of the site after changes implies acceptance of the new Terms.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution. These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts. Before taking legal action, parties should attempt to resolve issues by contacting BSH Group (see contact below).
