Senior Accounting Officer

An Accounts Senior is responsible for managing full sets of accounts, ensuring timely financial reporting, and supporting clients or management on accounting and financial matters. The role also includes supervising junior staff and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage full sets of accounts for a portfolio of clients, including month-end and year-end closing
• Prepare and submit GST returns accurately and on time
• Process monthly payroll and CPF submissions
• Advise clients on accounting systems, treatments, and financial reporting matters
• Liaise with government authorities (e.g., IRAS) when required
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and reporting deadlines.

Requirements
• Diploma or Degree in Accounting
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in client accounting or public practice
• Proficient in Sage50, QuickBooks, ABSS and XERO
• Strong working knowledge of MS Excel and Microsoft Office
• Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with good command of English

Senior Corporate Secretary / Junior Corporate Secretary

We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Corporate Secretarial Executive to manage and handle corporate secretarial matters for a portfolio of Singapore companies. The candidate will ensure compliance with the Singapore Companies Act and regulatory requirements set by the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA).

Key Responsibilities
• Handle incorporation of Singapore companies, including preparation of incorporation documents and onboarding procedures.
• Maintain and update statutory registers, minute books, and company records in compliance with the Singapore Companies Act.
• Prepare directors’ resolutions, shareholders’ resolutions, AGM documents, and board meeting minutes.
• Prepare and file annual returns and other statutory filings with ACRA via BizFile+.
• Handle corporate changes including appointment/resignation of directors, transfer of shares, allotment of shares, change of company name, registered address, and company officers.
• Assist clients with strike-off applications and other corporate exercises.
• Ensure compliance with statutory deadlines and regulatory requirements.
• Liaise with clients, auditors, bankers, tax agents, and regulatory authorities.
• Conduct KYC and customer due diligence checks in accordance with compliance requirements.
• Assist with preparation of corporate secretarial invoices and engagement documentation.
• Provide administrative support relating to corporate secretarial matters.

Requirements
• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Corporate Administration, Accountancy, Law, or related discipline.
• Minimum 1–3 years of relevant corporate secretarial experience in Singapore preferred.
• Familiar with Singapore Companies Act and ACRA filing requirements.
• Experience using BizFile+ system.
• Good understanding of company incorporation and corporate compliance procedures in Singapore.
• Strong drafting and communication skills.
• Able to manage multiple client portfolios and meet deadlines.
• Meticulous, organised, and able to work independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
